📌 Membership Guidelines & Restrictions
To ensure the best experience for all members, please review the following before applying:
Patience & Growth: Please be patient with us as this is a new league and will evolve as we learn and grow together. Our goal is to have enough members to ensure all events are full; however, this may occasionally result in a waitlist if all members RSVP for the same event.
Skill Level Requirement: This league is designed for intermediate and advanced players only. Beginners are not eligible for membership at this time.
Application Review: Applications will be reviewed in the order received. Space is limited, and not all applicants may be accepted. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee membership.
Non-Refundable Fee: The $360 annual membership fee is non-refundable. Please consider your schedule and interest level before applying.
Limited Availability: Membership is capped to maintain the intimate, community-driven nature of our events.
Code of Conduct: All members are expected to uphold a spirit of kindness, inclusivity, and good sportsmanship — both during play and in our private group chat. Our goal is to connect and enjoy the game together.
Respect Privacy: Please respect the privacy and personal information of all members. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
Punctuality & Commitment: Members are required to RSVP and attend the events they sign up for to respect everyone’s time. If you cannot attend, please provide advance notice so another member can take your place.
